Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies to optimize project expenditure
- Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration processes
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial forecasts to stakeholders
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Conduct site inspections to assess material quantities and work progress
- Maintain accurate cost records and prepare final accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) highly desirable
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Deep understanding of FIDIC and Malaysian construction contracts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
