Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs and ensure construction projects are delivered within budget
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and payment schedules
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project budgets
- Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts for completed projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials costs, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and tendering
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
