- Assist in developing accurate cost estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and manage tender evaluation processes
- Monitor project expenditure against budgets and implement cost-control measures
- Conduct regular financial reviews and prepare cost reports for stakeholders
- Advise on contractual matters including variations, claims, and procurement strategies
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize procurement costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC principles
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable
