Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the management and administration of construction contracts
- Review contract documents and provide recommendations to improve contract value
- Prepare tender documents and analyze cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and identify potential cost savings
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasts for stakeholders
- Resolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with project specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry standards
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus
