Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project cost control and budget forecasting for solar PV installations
- Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Administer construction contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Lead tender management activities including bid preparation and evaluation
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, reports, and documentation
- Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve cost-related issues
- Analyze material quantities and reconcile variations in construction projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy)
- Familiarity with solar PV project specifications and requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
