Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract agreements
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare monthly financial reports
- Manage subcontractor payments and verify progress claims
- Assist in dispute resolution and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, PAM)
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (PQS, RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
