Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all financial aspects of construction projects including cost estimation and budgeting
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and subcontract agreements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Prepare monthly valuations, payment applications, and final accounts
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT) and tender procedures
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
