- Manage and control construction project costs to ensure projects are executed within budget
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project expenses
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and variations
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
