- Prepare comprehensive tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
- Conduct detailed cost estimations, budget analysis, and feasibility studies for various construction projects.
- Administer contracts, manage variations, and assess claims to ensure compliance and cost control.
- Perform site measurements, valuations, and prepare progress payments, final accounts, and financial reports.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to foster strong working relationships.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, offering strategic advice to project teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and construction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Singapore construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), procurement processes, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite; BIM experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented project environment.
