You will work closely with project managers and subcontractors to manage the financial aspects of our site operations, ensuring that every claim is accurate and every contract is managed effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for various waterproofing projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure work quality, and verify site claims.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including price comparison and vendor selection.
- Perform comprehensive contract administration, including the preparation of progress claims and final account reconciliations.
- Identify and manage potential cost overruns, providing mitigation strategies to maintain project profitability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and financial updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with waterproofing or civil works.
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques, cost estimation, and contract law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and construction software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
