Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for various construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to cost control measures.
- Support the bidding process by analyzing tenders and preparing financial evaluations.
- Monitor project costs against the budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and manage variations and claims effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, local building codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant cost management software.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Valid Professional License (if applicable) is a plus.
