As our Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate closely with project managers, sub-contractors, and clients, playing a pivotal role from the initial feasibility stages right through to final account settlement. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM 3,000 to RM 4,000 per month, depending on experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other procurement documentation.
- Perform cost analysis, cost control, and regular progress evaluations during construction phases.
- Measure and value work done on-site, managing progress claims and variation orders.
- Negotiate and resolve contractual disputes and finalize sub-contractor and main contract final accounts.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure financial alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local standard forms of contract (such as PAM, JKR, IEM).
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and construction estimation software.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to visit local project sites around Kota Kinabalu as required.
