Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tender and contract documentation
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications
- Manage variation orders (VO) including cost impact analysis and negotiations
- Process and verify progress claims for payment certification
- Develop comprehensive cost summaries and financial reports
- Monitor project expenditures against budget forecasts
- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues
- Maintain cost databases for historical reference and trend analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Ability to think strategically from owner's perspective on cost optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in Bali or Indonesian construction market preferred
