Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive cost plans and budget estimates for construction projects
- Perform accurate taking-off quantities from architectural/engineering drawings
- Source, evaluate, and select subcontractors and suppliers through competitive tendering
- Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract administration materials
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide variance analysis reports
- Manage contract variations, claims, and cost control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cost-effective execution
- Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction contracts and FIDIC standards
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in commercial and residential construction projects
