Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial documentation
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract agreements
- Monitor construction progress and value completed works
- Analyze project variations and negotiate cost adjustments
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasts
- Advise on contractual claims and risk mitigation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC conditions
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license preferred
