In this pivotal role, you will serve as the financial guardian of our projects, ensuring that cost efficiency is maintained from the initial concept through to the final handover. You will be responsible for assessing tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, and formulating comprehensive budgets that align with project goals. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating tenders and advising on critical cost matters to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assess tender documents and prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Formulate detailed project budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Coordinate the tender process and ensure all documentation is compliant and accurate.
- Advise management and project teams on cost-saving measures and financial risk mitigation.
- Oversee project costs from inception to completion and handle variations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, valuation of works, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and financial matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Standard Tendering Procedures and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid professional qualification (e.g., MRQS) is highly desirable.
