Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing subcontractors and negotiating favorable contract terms.
- Monitor and track project costs against budgets to ensure financial viability and minimize waste.
- Perform periodic site visits to verify progress and ensure work aligns with contractual specifications.
- Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients.
- Identify potential financial risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and internal quality policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Strong understanding of SIA or PSSCOC forms of contract.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to start immediately is highly preferred.
- Relevant certification (e.g., SISV, RICS) is an added advantage.
