Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage project budgets and provide cost control recommendations
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and tender documents
- Advise on contractual claims and dispute resolution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate costs
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasts
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC standards
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
