Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify work quantities and quality compliance.
- Manage contract administration, including handling variations, claims, and progress payments.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve commercial and technical issues.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the Malaysian construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost control methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and quantity surveying software (e.g., WinEst, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Valid professional qualification (e.g., MRSM) is highly desirable.
