Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the preparation and submission of progress claims and payment applications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate cost management and budget compliance.
- Conduct site measurements and verify works progress for monthly reporting.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for new projects.
- Review contract documentation to ensure alignment with project scope and risk mitigation strategies.
- Attend site meetings and provide financial updates to project managers.
- Resolve contractual disputes and manage variations efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and specialized project management/take-off software.
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction standards, building codes, and SIA/PSSCOC contracts.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude.
