Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide financial forecasting
- Analyze contractor quotations and negotiate cost-effective procurement solutions
- Manage subcontractor agreements and process payment applications
- Conduct risk assessments for cost overruns and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual financial obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
