Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and prepare accurate cost estimates/valuations
- Prepare, analyze, and negotiate construction contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide variance reports
- Process payment applications and manage subcontractor invoicing
- Assist in claims preparation and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying role
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) preferred
- Experience in landscape/civil construction projects
