Join Ocned Water Technology as a Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance for our innovative water technology projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support critical financial and administrative functions across both Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate cost records, optimize project budgets, and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals seeking hands-on experience in contract administration and financial management within the dynamic water technology sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support cost control and financial management for C&S & M&E projects
- Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation processes
- Manage contractual claims and variation orders (VO) documentation
- Perform quantity take-off and material costing analysis
- Oversee contract administration and compliance monitoring
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual disputes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying roles
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and standard industry practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and construction cost estimation software
- Strong understanding of C&S and M&E project requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Certification from recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) preferred
