We are looking for an individual who excels in cost planning, tendering procedures, and comprehensive contract administration.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will act as the financial guardian of our projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to while delivering high-quality results. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to monitor progress, manage variations, and process payments efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of cost planning and budget control for F&B construction and fit-out projects.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities of work.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to stakeholders regarding project costs and financial performance.
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve any cost-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project bills, valuations, and final accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the F&B or construction industry.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
