As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project costs, and providing expert advice on contractual matters. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all financial aspects of construction projects are managed efficiently and effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyze project costs and identify areas for cost optimization
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate with suppliers and contractors
- Review and prepare tender documents and contract agreements
- Monitor project progress and costs, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Handle contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction project management tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
