Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for construction projects
- Manage project budgets and conduct regular financial reviews
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
- Process monthly valuations and payment certificates
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate cost variations
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Professional certification (RQS/MRICS) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC principles
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
