Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage the procurement process, including selecting subcontractors and negotiating contract terms.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports, including progress claims and valuations.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure adherence to contract terms.
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks throughout the project.
- Prepare final accounts and manage variations to ensure cost control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within financial constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar construction-related role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal standards, and building regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
