In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost management, tender preparation, and procurement support to ensure our construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities and tender documents for upcoming projects.
- Conduct material take-offs and cost estimates to ensure project financial feasibility.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase high-quality materials and products required for site operations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare monthly progress claims and variations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate cost records and generate financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms and company procurement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably within the local market.
- Strong proficiency in tender preparation, cost control, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors and stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail regarding technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in standard industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or specialized QS software).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
