Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Monitor project expenditures against financial forecasts
- Manage subcontractor agreements and payment certifications
- Conduct valuations and prepare interim payment applications
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate cost records and financial documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Professional certification (e.g., RQS, MRICS) preferred
- Minimum 3 years' construction industry experience
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and BIM tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singapore building regulations
- Experience with MS Project and financial modeling
