Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works to ensure accurate interim payments and accurate cost reporting.
- Monitor project costs against the budget in real-time and implement cost control measures to minimize variations.
- Assist in the tender evaluation process and prepare detailed documentation for contract award and negotiation.
- Manage variations, claims, and disputes to ensure fair and timely resolution in accordance with contract terms.
- Prepare regular monthly progress reports and financial summaries for project stakeholders and management.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant industry standards, codes of practice, and contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying (QS).
- Certification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (e.g., MRICS, CQS) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in relevant QS software and BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
