Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender schedules.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies to optimize project resources.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual and financial issues.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian construction regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying (QS), or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, tender procedures, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., MQS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
