As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs, from initial estimates to final accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Analyze and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Manage subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts to optimize project costs
- Prepare monthly valuation reports and track project expenditures against budgets
- Handle contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project teams to implement value engineering solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and contractual practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an added advantage
