As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our project delivery by ensuring cost-effectiveness, value engineering, and accurate financial management throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost savings
- Review and evaluate contractor quotations, tender documents, and payment applications
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost records and documentation
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
- Manage and resolve contractual claims and disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
