We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our professional construction team in Bandar Kinrara. In this role, you will play a critical part in the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and according to specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, managing project claims, and providing cost analysis support. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Monitor project progress and prepare monthly progress claims and payment certifications.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements for valuation purposes.
- Manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding pricing, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and assist in the final account reconciliation process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost estimation.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and relevant estimation software.
- Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
