Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation.
- Manage the calling of quotations and perform rigorous cost comparison and analysis.
- Monitor and manage project costs, including progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to negotiate terms, pricing, and scope of work.
- Conduct regular site visits to track project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and budget forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically with Singapore-based projects.
- Proficiency in BQ software and Microsoft Excel for financial tracking.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC or SIA forms).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
