Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, including preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and tender documentation.
- Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost analysis for construction works.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts for clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completion for valuation purposes.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on project expenditure and identify potential cost overruns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in Singapore.
- Proficiency in contract management (SIA/PSSCOC forms) and cost estimation software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
