Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide financial risk assessments
- Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project expenditures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues
- Prepare monthly payment certificates and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
