We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Hanjin Constructions Indonesia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This includes preparing tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and managing financial controls throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in construction cost management. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to prepare accurate payment applications, analyze variations, and resolve contractual disputes. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects
- Analyze and evaluate subcontractor bids and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Manage financial controls including monthly payment applications and progress billing
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial reports
- Conduct site valuations and prepare final accounts for project completion
- Review contract terms and identify potential risks or claims
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs and contractual documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction contracts and regulations
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., AKSI or equivalent) is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
