Asia Advance Human Resource is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (A1 Developer) to join our expanding team in Bukit Batok. We are offering a competitive monthly salary package of $3,400 – $5,000 for a 5-day work week. In this role, you will be instrumental in the financial management of construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, monitoring project costs, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, analyze, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify work progress and calculate accurate quantities.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance against forecasts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve queries and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Utilize A1 software for efficient data management and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction-related financial documents.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction field.
- Familiarity with A1 software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
