Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive cost estimates for ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects from concept through completion
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate financial reports to support project managers in informed decision-making
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including contractor negotiations, tender evaluations, and contract awards
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget
- Prepare detailed tender documentation and conduct contractor evaluations to ensure value for money
- Track and control project expenditures, analyzing variances and providing corrective recommendations
- Provide expert advice on value engineering and cost optimization strategies for ACMV systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in quantity surveying, preferably with ACMV or building services projects
- Solid understanding of construction costs, contracts, procurement methods, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with QS software and cost management tools
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
