- Prepare and manage bills of quantities for architectural projects
- Conduct cost estimation and budget planning for construction phases
- Advise on contractual terms and risk management strategies
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports
- Assist in tender evaluation and contractor selection processes
- Handle claims management and contract variations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on site coordination
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (RICS/PIQS) highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural quantity surveying
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Excel
- Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and precision in financial documentation
