Are you an analytical professional with a passion for interior construction and cost management? Grandwork Interior is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial health and successful execution of our high-end interior projects.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of project costs, from initial procurement to final account settlement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive project budget control to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate rates and manage service agreements.
- Prepare, manage, and process Variations Orders (VO) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee material procurement processes, including the preparation of detailed procurement lists.
- Coordinate all necessary project permit submissions with relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work done against claimed amounts.
- Prepare progress claims and manage final account settlement for completed projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent command of Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Singapore.
