Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and tender documentation for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering studies
- Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and final account settlements
- Monitor project expenditure against budget and provide regular financial reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
- Utilize BIM/CAD software for quantity takeoff and cost planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- Professional membership in RICS or equivalent recognized body
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
