As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cost management, procurement, and contract administration services. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control for major construction projects.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, including bills of quantities (BQ) and contract conditions.
- Conduct regular site valuations, progress claims, and certification of subcontractor payments.
- Handle contract administration and provide expert advice on contractual disputes and claims.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly cost reports and financial projections for management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective procurement strategies and vendor management.
- Participate in project meetings to track financial performance against the project baseline.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working with a main contractor in the Singapore construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SIA/PSSCOC standard forms of contract.
- Proficiency in take-off software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
- Proven track record of managing projects of varying scales and complexities.
