Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and implement cost control systems for construction projects
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Monitor financial progress against budgets and provide variance analysis
- Administer contracts, including claims management and payment certifications
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasting
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Indonesian construction regulations
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (RQS) qualification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
