Join Esys Construction as a Quantity Surveyor and become a key player in delivering successful building and civil engineering projects. In this critical role, you'll manage all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability from inception to completion. Your expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing tender documents, and monitoring budgets will directly contribute to project success. You'll evaluate contract variations, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for building and civil projects
- Monitor project budgets and costs, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate contract variations, claims, and payment applications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and cost forecasting for project phases
- Assist in procurement processes and value engineering initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building and civil construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction contracts and regulations
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RQS, MQS) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
