Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive commercial and contracts administration support for fit-out and reinstatement projects.
- Prepare and manage monthly valuations, ensuring all work completed is accurately measured and costed.
- Process subcontractor claims, variations, and instructions in strict accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely payment processing to maintain project momentum.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for new works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and quality of works.
- Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Quantity Surveying.
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, specifically with fit-out and reinstatement works.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Standard Codes of Practice (SSCP) and relevant construction contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar).
