- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for commercial interior projects
- Conduct precise material take-offs and cost estimations for fit-out works
- Monitor project expenditures against budget forecasts and financial plans
- Analyze subcontractor bids and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize material and labor costs
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material sourcing and pricing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial fit-outs and interior works
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (QS) designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with contract administration and tender documentation
