You will prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct accurate measurement and quantification of works, and administer contracts and variation orders. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Perform accurate measurement and quantification of works using industry‑standard methods and software.
- Administer contracts, variation orders, and final account settlements in accordance with Singapore standards.
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide monthly cost reports to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, design teams, and suppliers to resolve cost‑related issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and company procedures.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, pricing schedules, and claims for additional works.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of post‑qualification experience in quantity surveying for civil or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with QS software such as CostX, CCS, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Singapore’s construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, CIDB) and local regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
