Your expertise in cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, bid evaluation, and supplier coordination will directly contribute to the successful execution of our diverse portfolio of construction projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction projects
- Conduct thorough bid evaluations and recommend the most cost-effective suppliers and contractors
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Review and verify contractor payment applications and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Prepare tender documentation and assist in the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Stay updated with current market prices for construction materials and labor costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in civil, mechanical, and electrical projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier and contractor management
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is an advantage
- Experience working with reputable construction companies or real estate developers is preferred
